Blockade

The Blockade is simply people setting up picnic chairs at the gate where AGL will send their trucks in to start Fracking in our water catchment. For now, it is a presence to let AGL we are not going to let this happen. You can also see the site where the first gas well is and get an idea of the layout and what is going on.

The Blockade is currently on Fairbairn’s Road, at the top of the hill, you turn left, and the gate is along the flat on the left about 1km from the Main road. Most people stay 2-3 hours or however long they can.
